Galaxy Fairy -- Sheryl Nome

Been quite a while and now we're back with this galaxy fairy-inspired cast-offable post! What 'bout my star~ What 'bout my staaaar~

AlphaxOmega 1/8 Sheryl Nome

Sheryl Nome came from the series Macross Frontier. I must say I watched the series from beginning to end because of her. I'm not a total fan of mecha (I prefer Gundam's plot compared to Macross') but who can say no to such a beautiful lady singing wonderful tunes? Her songs have been my LSS for months.

It's lucky a good manufacturer released her, and cast-offable too. Though of course I'm going to display her with clothes on. Military suit rocks! (These pictures are simply a final look with her clothes cast-off, haha). Enjoy and droooool~

Next: Oh Alto what happened to you? Konalto? Kona-hime sama!

Kara no Kyoukai: Ryougi Shiki

It was a gamer friend who introduced me to the movie-series Kara no Kyoukai. I didn't watch it immediately but upon seeing this figure released, I rushed over to download the first two movies, after which I eagerly anticipated seeing the next three, and am now waiting for the last two installments.

This figure, particularly, has endeared itself to me. Not only does it portray my favorite cool, detached character of Shiki, but also don a wonderfully light-detailed kimono, giving an aura of serenity, beauty and grace.

And luckily, yes quite the lucky one again, when I inquired Sir Pats if I can still reserve the figure, a few weeks after he emailed that someone has backed out in the preorder and thus I can take his place. Well, well.

Notes:
The backdrop used is a painting 'Ode to April' by AJ Omandac.

Oh my Lulu <3

Uunahan na kita sa post Grarr!

After 2 weeks of waiting I finally got my very own Zero aka Lelouch vi Britannia. I had to first text Sir Malvs to inquire whether I'm included in the reservation list of the new batch of Zero, after which he gave me the number to GH branch so I could inquire further. After half a day, I could claim him na! Requested the cab driver for a roundtrip from home to GH and back to home since it's already late.

All hail, my Lord. Weeeee~

Clare no. 47 Megahouse

When I saw this figure, I knew that I must have this...

I thought I would never be able to have this fig but luckily it became available again.

The first Clare that I had was from Claymore DX collection.

What I like about this fig is the over all look of Clare that almost resembles the anime version. The right arm of Clare is also interchangeable with Irene's right arm (If you read the manga or watched the anime, you know why she has Irene's right arm)

Saber's "real" face

This particular figure of Saber has a lack of popularity due to its face. Sculpted to look more realistic, several fans disliked the rather menacing, provoking face--a stark contrast to who Saber is: serene, determined, blah blah.

Despite the criticisms though, I must say I love this version of Saber. The face appeals to me, and the details on the armor is just great.

Notes:
The backdrop used is a print of Gustav Klimt's painting 'The Kiss'.

Acquiring Saya

This figure was originally released last June 2006, but hoorah to Wasabi, I was able to luckily get it 3 years after. Wew.

At oo, may kasamang kalahating Hagi! Hahaha.

Notes:
The backdrop used is from a cover of a yaoi manga I had back in highschool. *For your eyes only*
